My cousin introduced me to Le Creuset a while ago. She's an avid home cook and raves on and on about how easy cooking has been since she's jumped on the Le Creuset bandwagon. Her kitchen is like a mini Le Creuset store and I've always been quite envious of her collection of Le Cresuet pots and pans! 

I was recently invited to attend the newly opened Le Creuset Flagship store in Emporium, Melbourne and was lucky enough to take this little number home. She's a 20cm Casserole, in Marseille. It was love at first sight, really. 

Tonight I put on my chef's hat and got busy in the kitchen. I found a few different recipes online and combined them to suit the ingredients I had in the fridge. So here's the tonight's dinner, Pot Roasted Chicken with Mushrooms, Potatoes and Baby Carrots. It was so easy and simple to put this dish out, I'm really quite amazed!
